Adebayo is a Personal Excellence Coach with over 15 years of experience, driven by a clear mission: to help people achieve all-round excellence using proven principles. He is an author, trained speaker, and thought leader, and the author of Living Excellently.
He leads Success Within International, a social enterprise focused on raising individuals of outstanding success with operations in Nigeria, Dubai, and Canada. Adebayo hosts the YouTube podcast ‘Excellence with Adebayo’ and is currently pursuing a PhD in Strategic Leadership. A Certified Project Manager, he has led projects across more than 15 countries and serves as an Adjunct Professor teaching Project Management in Ontario, Canada.
